The Internet-based Lingowalk Editor is a clever tool that can be used to describe your town or your school to a friendship school abroad. Or it can be used to tell about a field trip, other school trips, or even about a nature walk - a virtual walk turns into an interesting document which allows you to share your experiences.

Lingowalk was originally designed to be a virtual tour for language learners. Via the computer screen, the learner travels with a talking guide from one place to another, reacting to commands from the guide by clicking on items in the pictures. If necessary, the program will assist the learner with more difficult words or expressions.

Lingowalk Editor is an easy-to-use tool for creating virtual tours. The program gives an opportunity for students to make virtual tours as group work, as requested by teachers, and allows students to represent their work in a broader format. Creating a Lingowalk is an Internet-age learning experience for students - and students learn best by doing.
