Animal Talk is a collection of anecdotes centered on illustrating the idiomatic use of over a hundred English phrasal verbs. The program consists of 20 short anecdotes, each about an animal-related idiom. Accompanying each story is a set of seven exercises, designed to help the learner memorise the phrasal verbs and idioms. Animal Talk is an effective and entertaining way to practise idiomatic language use and listening comprehension. The program requires a loudspeaker or headphones.
