A recipe with picture cues

Making an omelette exemplifies the use of pictures as cues. In each step it is possible to get a pictorial cue which appears at the centre of the screen. Students can also “buy” spelling clues – where the word is spelled out letter by letter – if necessary. When students have completed the task a native speaker repeats the steps adding all the necessary linking words.
